Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Table Top Swap LLC (“TTS,” “we,” “us”) collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to the Table Top Swap application and website.

1. Information You Give Us

Account. Your name, username, email address, and password. We do not collect your date of birth. You confirm you are 18 or older when you create an account.

Shipping. The shipping address you provide, which is verified against a third-party address service so that labels can be produced correctly.

Payment. A payment method, entered and stored by our payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number; we hold only a token, the card brand, and its last four digits.

Your content. Listings you create, photos you upload (including pre-shipment condition photos), wishlist entries, reviews and ratings you write, reports you file, and messages you send to support.

Support messages. When you contact us through the app, we receive your message, the topic you selected, and your app version, operating system version, and device model. The app tells you this before you send.

2. Information We Collect Automatically

Device and app information, including operating system version, device model, and app version; usage and analytics data about how the app is used; crash and error diagnostics; and a push notification token if you enable notifications.

3. How We Use Information

  • To create and operate your account, and to authenticate you.
  • To surface exchanges, run the matching engine, and personalize what you see.
  • To process payments and produce prepaid shipping labels.
  • To send transactional messages — proposals, payment receipts, labels, tracking, and account notices — by email and push.
  • To provide support and answer your messages.
  • To investigate reports, resolve disputes, enforce our Terms, and prevent fraud and abuse.
  • To maintain, secure, and improve the Platform.
  • To comply with our legal obligations.

4. How We Share Information

With the member you are exchanging with. Your name and shipping address are shared with the other member when an exchange is confirmed, and theirs with you, because packages cannot be sent otherwise. Your username, ratings, listings, and public profile are visible to other members.

With service providers, only as needed to run the Platform: our hosting and database provider, payment processor, shipping and address-verification provider, email delivery provider, and push notification provider.

For legal reasons, where we believe disclosure is required by law, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of a member, the public, or TTS. Child-safety matters are reported to the appropriate authority.

In a business transfer, if TTS is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Content We May Review

Listings, photos, reviews, reports, and support messages may be reviewed by us when necessary to investigate a suspected violation, respond to a report, protect members, or comply with a legal obligation.

6. Data Retention

We keep information for as long as your account is active. After deletion, we retain what we are legally required to keep or what is reasonably necessary for tax and transaction records, fraud prevention, records of an open dispute, payment-processor requirements, and legal holds. We retain the minimum needed for those purposes.

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account in the app, under Profile, or by contacting support. Deletion may be delayed while you have an exchange in progress.

When an account is deleted, your profile is anonymized and your listings and photos are removed. Transaction records are retained as described in Section 6. Content you sent to another member — for example, a review — may remain visible in anonymized form.

8. Your Rights and Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, including the right to opt out of certain sharing and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising a right.

You can turn off push notifications in your device settings, and adjust which emails you receive in the app under Profile → Notifications. Transactional messages about an exchange in progress cannot be turned off while it is in progress.

To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need to verify that you are the account holder.

9. Children’s Privacy

Table Top Swap is intended only for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete the account and the information. If you believe a member is under 18, contact us at [email protected].

10. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level database security. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Where Information Is Processed

The Platform and its service providers operate in the United States. If you use the Platform from elsewhere, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy. When we do, we will update the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email.
