These guidelines help keep Table Top Swap a safe, fair, and enjoyable place for everyone.

What You Can Swap

  • Board games, expansions, card games, puzzles, and tabletop accessories.
  • Only list items you physically own and are ready to swap.

Honest Listings

  • Use accurate condition ratings.
  • Upload real, well-lit photos of your actual item — no stock images.
  • Show any damage, wear, or missing pieces.
  • Update or remove a listing when an item is no longer available.

Respect Every Member

  • Treat every member with courtesy and respect.
  • No harassment, bullying, threats, or discriminatory behavior.

Keep Swaps on Table Top Swap

  • Complete swaps through Table Top Swap.
  • Do not arrange active swaps outside the platform.
  • Do not request additional off-platform payments or compensation.

Not Allowed

  • Fake accounts or impersonating other users.
  • Counterfeit, pirated, or stolen games.
  • Misleading listings.
  • Manipulating ratings or reviews.
  • Fraud or false claims.
  • Abusing the dispute system.
  • Inappropriate, offensive, or unrelated images.

If Guidelines Are Violated

Depending on the severity of the violation, Table Top Swap may take one or more of the following actions:

  • Warning or temporary restrictions
  • Removal of a listing
  • Loss of swap privileges
  • Account suspension
  • Permanent account ban
